Principal Diana Manning will participate on an engaging panel of thought leaders in the field of Ethics as it applies to solo and small firms. On Tuesday, November 16, 2019 at 6:00pm at Bressler, Amery & Ross in Florham Park, NJ, the group will discuss common mistakes and missteps in areas such as RPCs, record keeping, attorney registration issues, retainer agreements, and working as a "per diem" or "of counsel."
