Jacqueline discussed seller and buyer warranties in real estate agreements in Florida, the process of buying a condominium and the procedure and timeframe regarding inspections, and the statute of limitations in construction defect actions here in Florida as well as the pre-litigation procedure provided for in the Florida Statutes.
