On Wednesday, February 24, Jed Marcus will present at the 2021 Labor & Employment Law Forum, sponsored by the New Jersey State Bar Association's (NJSBA) Labor & Employment Law Section and the New Jersey Institute for Continued Legal Education (NJICLE). Jed will discuss free speech in the private workplace.
