The MCBA CLE Legalpalooza will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2014, and is an all day CLE program that includes 16 separate CLE courses, running in four tracks from 9:00 AM until 3:45 PM. Each Seminar will be 75 minutes long and will carry 1.5 credits. You can earn 6 credits for the day, and all six of those credits can be in ethics.
Kenneth C. Cesta will speak on ethics in a course, "What to Do/Or Not to Do: That is the Question." Diana C. Manning will moderate a civil practice course, "First & Third Party Bad Faith Law." Angela M. Scafuri will moderate a family law course, "College Contribution Issues in Divorce."
