On Tuesday, December 14, 2021, Michael Hensley will speak at a Virtual Brown Bag Luncheon, hosted by The Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey. The program, How to Try a Case in Federal Court, will consist of two panels and will offer CLE credits to those attending.
Michael will speak on the first panel, Tips for Expert Communication with a Jury. Panelists will discuss tips for engaging opening statements as well as compelling closing arguments. The second panel, Preparing and Examining Trial Witnesses, will discuss selecting the right witnesses for trial, how to prepare fact and expert witnesses, do's and don'ts of examining witnesses, and how to salvage problems that come up during witness testimony.
