Bressler’s Michael Hensley and Lauren Fenton-Valdivia will be present at the New York City Bar CLE Program, Taking & Defending Depositions: Strategic Tips & Techniques. Michael is the Co-Chair of the program, which will take place on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the New York City Bar.
The CLE program geared towards litigators, will show attorneys how to maximize their effectiveness at taking, preparing for, and defending depositions. The panel of skilled litigators and practitioners will provide attorneys with valuable insights and practice tips from a variety of perspectives.
