Firm named to the Client Service 200

Florham Park, NJ (April 12, 2023) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is proud to announce that the firm has been recognized for client service performance in BTI Consulting's BTI Client Service A-Team 2023: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance. The firm's client service performance earns it a coveted place in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2023 - beating most other law firms. This distinction is based solely on clients' input and is bestowed upon law firms for outstanding service. BTI previously named the firm a Litigation Standout in February 2023 and a Powerhouse in Complex Commercial Litigation in 2020.

According to BTI's research, client service delivery among law firms has dropped significantly over the past two years after soaring during the pandemic. This year's results also recognize more midsize firms, like Bressler, as they demonstrate quicker response times and a better understanding of the importance of their clients' corporate cultures than larger law firms.

"This recognition is a testament to Bressler's unwavering dedication to providing exceptional client service," said Diana Manning, firm managing principal. "It is particularly significant because it comes directly from client feedback. As a growing midsized firm, it validates our continued efforts to raise the bar and exceed client expectations. For that, we are immensely grateful."

BTI's 2023 reported research results showed that 650 core law firms were identified as serving large and Fortune 1000 clients. Among those 650 firms, 241 were cited by name in 2023 by legal decision-maker clients as outperforming all other firms in 17 activities driving superior client service. The BTI Client Service A-Team is the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback with more than 350 corporate counsel.

This award is conferred by BTI Consulting Group. A description of the selection methodology is available here.  No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
