Zelinger has been the Managing Principal of Bressler's Miami office since 2020, making her the youngest Managing Principal in Bressler's history. She is a Principal in Bressler's Insurance Litigation practice and co-leads the firm's largest team, Florida's Insurance Group, which focuses on first party insurance defense cases, pre-suit investigations, trial and appellate work and bad faith claims. Under her leadership, the team has grown from just two lawyers to more than 25 lawyers who now represent over a dozen insurance carriers in fraudulent and manufactured insurance claims, coverage interpretation and analysis, and litigation of losses throughout the state. Zelinger also handles precedent-setting cases on fraud in the context of first-party property claims with decisions that are binding case law in Florida and shape the industry.
In addition to her practice, Zelinger serves on the Leadership Council of the I Care I Cure Childhood Cancer Foundation and is a Florida Defense Lawyers Association member. In 2022, Zelinger was named an Honoree in the Daily Business Review's Florida Legal Awards in the "Distinguished Leaders" category. She has been included among the Best Lawyers in America®, Super Lawyers® Rising Stars, and recognized in Chambers USA Guide to "America's Leading Lawyers for Business" in Insurance.
Admitted to practice in Florida, Zelinger is a cum laude graduate from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts, where she was a member of the Division 1 lacrosse team.
