The “Queen City” office to Serve Financial Services, Healthcare and Insurance Industries

Charlotte, N.C. – June 23, 2020– The law firm Bressler, Amery & Ross announced today that is has opened an office in Charlotte, N.C., one of the largest financial centers in the United States.

“The firm recently opened its new office in Charlotte, while contending with COVID-19,” said Bressler Managing Principal Frank Cuccio. “Unlike a number of other law firms which cut back during the pandemic, we have remained stable and strong, with an eye on future needs and growth.”

Bressler is a full-service firm for business and insurance clients. The new Charlotte office is the firm’s 7th office location on the East Coast, joining Bressler’s established offices in Birmingham AL, Fort Lauderdale and Miami FL, Washington DC, New York City, NY and its headquarters in Florham Park, NJ.

“Charlotte’s growth as a major commercial hub makes it a significant strategic location for us. We are looking beyond the curve,” added Mr. Cuccio. “Bressler is committed to planned growth and anticipating our clients’ needs. Since many of our current clients have large operations here, and almost every industry of business is represented here, a Charlotte office expansion is a logical next step for our growing platform.”

Mr. Cuccio will be the Charlotte principal in charge. Working in the office will be Michael J. Morris, a Charlotte resident and associate whose practice includes transactional work and insurance and health care issues, focusing on the financial arrangement /payor side.

“Together, Frank and I look forward to establishing and growing our footprint in Charlotte,” said Mr. Morris. “It is a vibrant and dynamic legal market and we are excited to strengthen and extend our relationships with the wide range of clients based here.”

Mr. Morris is a member of Bressler’s Insurance and Business practices as well as the Senior and Vulnerable Investor Group. He received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2012.
