Florham Park, NJ (July 2022) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is proud to announce that Firm Managing Principal Diana C. Manning has been selected to the NJBIZ Power 50 in Law list for the second year in a row.

The list highlights the 50 most influential attorneys in New Jersey private practice, public service, corporate law departments, and nonprofit organizations. Manning, along with others on the list, exemplify the persona, skills and acumen to lead within their firms and the courtroom. Manning, and the other Power 50 in Law honorees, are recognized for their top-tier guidance, professional services, and dedication to helping shape the legal industry within the state.

Manning, a certified civil trial attorney, is a trailblazer in the profession. A dedicated advocate for the advancement of women in the legal profession, she is the first female managing principal of Bressler, a former member of the firm’s Executive and Compensation Committees, and former chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative Committee. In addition to leading the firm since 2021, Manning currently serves as co-chair of the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation practice group and spearheads its Appellate practice team.

Active in the New Jersey legal community, Manning is president of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association (NJWLA). She is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and a past president of Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, the Morris County Bar Association, and the Morris County Bar Foundation. Manning also served on the District XA Ethics Committee for 10 years, including appointment as chair by the New Jersey Supreme Court from 2017-2019. Recently, she received the 2022 Civil Practice Achievement Award from the Essex County Bar Association.
