FLORHAM PARK, NJ, FEBRUARY 4, 2013 – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that partner Diana C. Manning has begun her term as President of the Morris County Bar Foundation. Ms. Manning was installed as President during the Morris County Bar Association’s (MCBA) Annual Dinner, held on January 16 in Florham Park.  She will serve in this capacity for one year and will then become President-Elect of the MCBA.

The Morris County Bar Foundation was established in 1990 to serve as the charitable arm of the MCBA, and was created to involve and engage all members of Morris County’s legal community. Its mission is to direct the use of funds for charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes.

“During my term, my goal is to find ways to bring together colleagues from all areas of the law, for both professional and civic activities that will benefit us personally, as well as bring value to our communities,” said Ms. Manning.

Ms. Manning focuses her practice in three primary areas – commercial litigation, appellate advocacy and professional liability. She often handles complex litigation matters, calling on her understanding of business disputes and insurance issues to reach a successful outcome. She is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney.
