FLORHAM PARK, NJ, January 19, 2015 - Bressler, Amery & Ross proudly congratulates Diana C. Manning on being installed as President of the Morris County Bar Association (MCBA) on Wednesday, January 14, 2015.

Ms. Manning, a principal of Bressler and a long-time member of MCBA, served as the president of The Morris County Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the MCBA, in 2014. “It is an honor and a privilege to act as President this year of an organization that provides all of us with the opportunity to accomplish more together than we could on our own,” said Ms. Manning.

MCBA is a professional association of attorneys and members of the judiciary who live in and/or practice law in Morris County. The objectives of the Association are as follows: to maintain the honor and dignity of the profession of law; to promote an understanding of the law and its application in society; to foster the due administration of justice; and to promote the capacity of the Bar for public service, particularly the provision of pro bono legal services in appropriate cases.

Ms. Manning focuses her practice in three primary areas – commercial litigation, appellate advocacy and professional liability. She is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and often handles complex litigation matters, calling on her understanding of business disputes and insurance issues to reach a successful outcome.
