New Jersey Principal, J. Michael Riordan, has been featured in a Law360 article titled, "Bressler Amery Starts 'University-Style' Development Initiative", authored by Lynn LaRowe.
Michael, program coordinator for the Bressler Center for Excellence, discussed the growth of our firm to include nine offices across the country and how the mentoring that used to occur organically now requires "more of an intentional and consistent effort." He also highlighted that retired judges who practiced at Bressler, longtime clients and experienced firm principals are delivering the content to participants. "We're giving them perspective from high-level practitioners, partners who were judges and clients," Riordan said. "It's really to help attorneys work through and develop a better understanding of the law, how to do their work effectively and how to meet the client's needs while delivering excellent work product at a real value."
