New Jersey Principal, J. Michael Riordan, has been featured in a New Jersey Law Journal article titled, "Bressler Center Launching Business Mentorship, Trial Advocacy Training for Developing Talent in Post-COVID World", authored by Nicholas Malfitano.
Michael, program coordinator for the Bressler Center for Excellence, discussed how different a post-COVID landscape was in terms of hybrid work and meetings over Zoom becoming the norm. At the same time, he recognized the growing talent taking place at Bressler and the need to invest in young attorneys. "We think this is going to help us recruit, because that's an attractive feature: Come with us, you're going to get real opportunity, we're going to train you, and we're going to invest in you for the long run".
