On January 13, Bressler, Amery & Ross attorneys and staff members volunteered at First Light, a center for homeless women and children. With the shelter currently at capacity, volunteers served 70 women and children.
Supporting the initiatives of First Light has been important to the attorneys and staff of the Birmingham office for a long time. Bressler, Amery & Ross was a table sponsor at the annual First Light Gala in April of 2014 and Principals Janell Ahnert and Stephen Brown have worked for the shelter for years, recently serving Thanksgiving breakfast with their families.
