Bruno A. Garofalo

Bruno Garofalo is Counsel in the firm’s Insurance practice group and is based in the Fort Lauderdale office.

Bruno has been with Bressler for five years, representing insurer clients in a broad range of first-party insurance matters. His practice focuses on the strategic litigation of insurance claims, with an emphasis on developing effective defense strategies and achieving favorable outcomes. He has extensive experience handling mediations, arbitrations, and summary judgment motions, particularly in matters involving conditions precedent and other policy compliance issues. Bruno also advises insurer clients on coverage matters, providing coverage opinions, identifying key issues early in the claims process, and developing practical solutions for resolving coverage disputes.

Prior to joining Bressler, Bruno practiced at a multi-disciplinary law firm in Coral Gables, Florida, where he concentrated on first-party insurance litigation.

Bruno earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2015. He received his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and Social Science from Florida State University.
