On Tuesday, October 20, Andrew Mount will co-present a session titled "Small BD/Dual Registrant Application of Reg BI." The program will review and critique disclosures from a number of Form CRS and RBI disclosure documents, in order to identify challenges faced by smaller firms.
On Wednesday, October 21, Kerry Zinn will co-present a session titled "The Cannabis Compliance Conundrum." The program will discuss legal risks associated with doing business with cannabis companies, as well as the current trends relating to ancillary cannabis companies.
