Principal Andy Egan will present at the Estate Planning Council of Bergen County, INC. on March 5, 2026. He will speak on a presentation titled, "Fiduciary Issues for ILIT Trustees and Their Advisors," where he will discuss fiduciary concerns for trustees, the importance of regularly evaluating the insurance policy in the trust, the Prudent Investor Act, and the importance of coordination amongst grantor, trustee, and advisors.
