Ronak Patel will speak at the 2026 PLI Fundamentals of Broker-Dealer Regulation on January 21, 2026 at PLI's New York City Conference Center. His presentation titled, "State Regulation of Broker-Dealers", will focus on registration requirements for Broker-Dealer practitioners, enforcement authority from state securities regulators and discuss the NASAA's 2025 agenda for state broker-dealers.
