Sara Soto to Speak at the PLI Securities Arbitration 2021 Program

On Thursday, September 9, 2021, Sara Soto will speak on a panel at the PLI Securities Arbitration 2021 program.  Her panel, titled Ethical Considerations for Litigating Elder Abuse Claims, will discuss the rules of professional conduct surrounding clients with diminished capacity and disclosure of confidential information, FINRA Rule 4512 and 2165, and the Senior Helpline, managing the continued upward trend of FINRA elder abuse claims, and considerations for applying state elder abuse statutes.
