The SRO and States Subcommittee of the ABA Securities Litigation Committee is pleased to announce its next program, “The NY and NJ State Regulatory Forum.”
The program will feature the top state securities enforcement officials from NY and NJ:
Chad Johnson, Bureau Chief, Investor Protection Bureau, Office of the New York State Attorney General
Laura H. Posner, Bureau Chief, NJ Bureau of Securities, Office of the New Jersey Attorney General
Bressler principal, Andrew Sidman, Co-Chair of the SRO Subcommittee, will serve as a co-moderator of the panel.
