Fort Lauderdale, FL (September 8, 2023) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that Counsel Attorney William Tucker has been accepted into Class VI of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

ACTEC created the Florida Fellows Institute to develop the profession's future trust and estate law leaders through in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts. Selection to The Florida Fellows Institute is an extraordinary honor, requiring nomination by an ACTEC Fellow, followed by a competitive application process. Tucker's selection reflects his exceptional expertise and dedication to his field. 

Tucker focuses his practice on helping clients navigate the complexities of probate and fiduciary litigation, with a focus on litigation that arises from estates, trusts, and contested guardianships.

Tucker received his bachelor's degree in business management and financial economics, with honors, from Norwich University in 2004. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center in 2011.

ACTEC is a national organization of lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence, and experience as trust and estate counselors. The program begins in October 2023 and concludes in May 2024.
