FLORHAM PARK, NJ (January 2022)Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is proud to announce that New York attorney Amrit Singh has been appointed as Co-Secretary of the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey (“SABA-NJ”) 2022 Executive Board. Singh will be installed at the SABA-NJ Annual Installation Dinner on January 26, 2022, which will take place via Zoom.

“I am grateful for this opportunity to serve on the Executive Board of New Jersey’s chapter of the South Asian Bar Association, whose goals align so closely with my own,” said Singh. “I look forward to working alongside this group of brilliant professionals to strengthen the South Asian legal community with a trusted and recognized forum for professional growth.”

Singh is an associate in the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation Group.  He also has experience in employment matters, professional liability matters and with securities litigation.  Singh is dual barred in New York and New Jersey and practices in both jurisdictions. While earning his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, Singh was the Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the Rutgers University Law Review. Singh is also an alumnus of the summer associate program at Bressler and is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.

SABA-NJ is a volunteer association of attorneys and professionals in New Jersey who are dedicated to the needs and interests of the state’s South Asian community. SABA-NJ is a chapter of the South Asian Bar Association of North America, providing a link between South Asian lawyers and the South Asian community across North America. SABA-NJ supports the professional development of its members through networking opportunities, educational events, mentoring, and advocacy, and it collaborates with other bar associations and voluntary organizations to maximize diversity in professional networking opportunities.
