New York, NY (October 2021)Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that New York Principal Angela Turiano, along with the entire The Woman Advocate Committee of the American Bar Association, has won an award for Best Content on Career & Business Development. This is the second year in a row the group, with Turiano as its Website Editor, has received this honor. The Committee was given the award at the 2021 Fall Leadership Meeting, which took place from September 30 – October 2, 2021.

According to the 2021 Section of Litigation Committee Content Awards, The Woman Advocate published many well-written and informative articles and Practice Points on career and business development. One of the three articles mentioned, titled Mix and Mingle Your Way to New Business, was authored by Bressler Associate Taylor Anderson. The Woman Advocate Committee is led by experienced women litigators from all over the U.S., who work to educate and provide support and resources to all women in the field.  In addition to holding the position of website editor for the Committee, Turiano is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Securities Litigation Section.  

“It’s an honor to work and collaborate with so many successful woman litigators who share the same goal of strengthening, supporting, and growing current and future generations of women in law,” Turiano stated upon receiving the award.

Turiano is a Principal of Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C.,  who focuses her practice on the representation of brokerage firms and individual registered representatives in customer and employment arbitrations and litigation, as well as regulatory matters. She is an active speaker in her practice area, having served as a conference panelist/moderator for a variety of organizations, including FINRA, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Conference Institute, and NYU Stern School of Business.  She is also a faculty member for online CLE providers such as Lawline and Clearlaw and is a regular guest on the Law and Crime TV Network.
