Florham Park, NJ (November 5, 2024) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is excited to announce that Attorney Sean Whyte has joined Bressler’s Florham Park office to strengthen its team of complex business litigators. Additionally, Christine Redl has joined as Finance Director in the Florham Park office.

Whyte specializes in class actions and business litigation with a focus on emerging technologies and evolving regulatory landscapes. He represents companies in industries such as blockchain, cannabis, compostable products, and de-fi fintech, successfully navigating state and federal regulations. Sean has a strong track record of taking cases to trial in both state and federal courts, including those related to patents, product liability, and business disputes.
As a principal focused on crypto-centered financial services and corporate litigation, Whyte plays a key role in expanding the firm's capabilities in financial services, litigation, emerging technologies, and digital assets. With extensive experience in blockchain technology, he offers valuable insights to companies leveraging individual blockchains, cryptocurrency exchanges, and businesses utilizing the technology. Sean has previously held positions as chief operating officer and general counsel of a blockchain software development company, and he remains at the forefront of cryptocurrency trading and exchange platform technologies.
Redl brings over 18 years of deep expertise in finance and technology management. Her impressive career reflects her commitment and diverse experience across multiple functional areas, culminating in her most recent role as Vice President of Finance at Pearson, a global leader in educational publishing and services. Redl earned her accounting degree from St. Peter's College.
