Renovations to the Florham Park office emphasizes law firm’s focus on modernization and sustainability, including LED lighting that cuts energy usage by 70 percent

FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (July 2021) — Focusing on the creation of modern workspaces that foster innovation for lawyers, professional staff, and clients, Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is excited to announce the opening of its newly renovated office in Florham Park, New Jersey.

“Our new office space has been a long time coming, and I am grateful for the hard work of the people who made this transition possible, including our IT teams, the designers, the construction crew, and everyone at Bressler,” said Diana Manning, the firm’s managing principal. “We look forward to welcoming our colleagues and clients into an environment specifically designed with them in mind.”

Designed by Studio Eagle, a workplace design and delivery firm that works with clients to create innovative and effective spaces, Bressler’s New Jersey office has been constructed with sustainability and renewability at its core.

The retrofit LED lighting fixtures cut energy usage by about 70 percent and operate about 90 percent more efficiently than the previous fixtures. The reception area features wood veneer, which is environmentally friendly and provides a natural look without disturbing the ecosystem as much as solid wood. Additionally, Studio Eagle committed to recycling as much demolition material as possible.

New office features include private offices with “huddle rooms” throughout, as well as a coffee bar, conference room, and other modern updates.

“This project demonstrates our firm’s strength and sustainability,” said executive committee member and principal Michael Ostrowsky, who led the project. “Our innovative and refreshed office space will allow us to continue providing cutting-edge, full-service legal counsel to our clients across the region.”
