Florham Park, NJ – October 19, 2026 – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce that Cora E. MacLean has joined the firm as a Principal in its Employment Group in the Florham Park office. A seasoned employment law leader with more than 20 years of experience as both in-house and outside counsel, significant depth in employment law, a global perspective, and a sophisticated, business-focused approach to advising clients on complex workplace, litigation, and regulatory matters. Her addition represents a significant expansion of the firm’s employment law capabilities.

Most recently, MacLean served as Head of Employment Law, Americas at Standard Chartered Bank, where she advised senior business leaders, human resources, and employee relations teams on complex employment and regulatory matters across more than 40 jurisdictions. Her experience encompasses employment litigation and arbitration, workplace investigations, executive employment matters, wage-and-hour compliance, and FINRA-related issues. Having served in senior in-house leadership and outside counsel roles, she brings a valuable understanding of the legal, operational, and business considerations that shape employment decisions at sophisticated organizations.

“We are thrilled to welcome Cora to Bressler,” said Daniel R. Korb, Jr. Principal and Management Committee Member who also co-leads the firm’s Employment group. “Her extensive experience, including her leadership as Head of the Americas Employment Department at a major international financial institution, is a tremendous addition to our firm. Cora’s ability to approach complex employment issues from both an in-house and outside counsel perspective further enhances the strategic, business-minded counsel we provide to clients.”

At Bressler, MacLean will advise employers on a broad range of employment law matters, helping them anticipate and address workplace challenges, manage legal and regulatory risk, and navigate complex disputes. Her experience working with senior leadership in highly regulated environments positions her to provide practical, strategic guidance that aligns employment law considerations with clients’ broader business objectives.

In addition to MacLean’s arrival, Bressler has welcomed Stella Garcia as an associate in its Financial Institutions Practice Group. Garcia is an alumna of the firm’s 2025 Summer Associate Program and is admitted to practice in Florida.
