AUSTIN, Texas (March 2022) – National law firm Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. has announced the opening of its Austin area office, located at 500 W 2nd Street, Suite 1900, Austin, TX 78701. This announcement comes on the heels of the recent addition of leading Asset Management and Financial Institutions attorney, Ronak V. Patel.

The Austin location further expands the firm's footprint in Texas and bolsters its market-leading financial institutions and complex litigation practice. The Austin office is the 10th office location for the firm and its third location in Texas. Bressler opened offices in Houston and Dallas in 2020.

"The time was right for Bressler to expand into the Austin area," said Patel, who will lead the new office. "I've long been familiar with Bressler and its reputation. With the number of clients and the demand for services from those clients in the area increasing, it makes sense for Bressler to have boots on the ground here. I am looking forward to leading the effort to further expand the Bressler footprint."

This new location is the continued physical manifestation of Bressler's long-term strategic plan to grow its Texas presence to better support clients with significant business in the region.

"Opening an Austin location will help us grow and staff our current work there, in addition to Dallas and Houston, giving our clients in the Southwest a major advantage," said Diana C. Manning, Firm Managing Principal. "We've intentionally built Bressler on a model that allows us to grow our practices to align with our clients’ specific needs, both in terms of our services offered and the geography where the services are delivered. Ronak's expertise and deep understanding of the Austin business market will deepen our capabilities and expand our national reach."

Patel will continue his practice representing broker-dealers, investment advisers, private equity firms, hedge funds and other private funds, public companies, and other institutions in government investigations, securities law enforcement matters, and related litigation.
