Sponsor a Child battling Cancer, Raise Funds and Enjoy the Day at TopGolf

Plantation, FL – September 4, 2019 – The I Care I Cure Childhood Cancer Foundation, Inc. (“I Care I Cure”) will host 150 people at a special charity event sponsored by TradeStation Group, Inc. (“TradeStation”) on September 22, 2019 (1:00 pm – 4:00 pm) at TopGolf in Miami Gardens. The event will provide a group of children suffering from cancer, and their families, an afternoon of joy and laughter. Proceeds from the inaugural event will help fund community outreach and medical research for targeted and less toxic cures and treatments for childhood cancer.

“September is national childhood cancer awareness month, and I cannot think of a better way to bring attention to, and raise funds for gentler pediatric cancer treatments, then by hosting this event,” said Wes Holston, Co-President of I Care I Cure and Managing Principal of the Ft. Lauderdale and Miami offices of Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. “We look forward to a happy, family-oriented day, where kids who are battling cancer can be kids, take a break from their cancer-related activities, hit some golf balls, and just have some fun with their families. We hope that many people will step up to sponsor a child with cancer, and enable them to enjoy the day at TopGolf.”

Added Mr. Greenbaum, Co-President of I Care I Cure and a Senior Vice President of TradeStation, “TradeStation is thrilled to be the title sponsor of this event. It’s a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon for a great cause. As a parent of a child who suffered, but endured, the ravages of chemotherapy, I know full well the benefits of providing these brave children with a fun diversion from their challenging lives.”

Note to Editors: The press is invited to cover the event, and reporters and their families are also invited to come and play golf. For more information about the event, go to: https://www.icareicure.org/

I Care I Cure, based in Davie, FL, was founded by Brad and Beth Besner in memory of their son Ian, who died at the age of 11 of complications from the toxic mediations used to fight his leukemia. The charity performs community outreach and supports the development of, and raises public awareness about, cutting-edge, targeted therapies for childhood cancer, so that the treatment of childhood cancer will be gentler and more tolerable.

The foundation holds fundraising events throughout the year and has numerous sponsors. Bressler is one of the group’s title sponsors for its annual December golf tournament and other events.
