In addition to her role as Firm Managing Principal, Manning is Co-Chair of Bressler's Business and Commercial Litigation Group and spearheads the firm's Appellate practice. Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, Manning focuses her practice on complex business litigation, legal ethics, and professional liability matters at trial and appellate levels. She is highly involved in the New Jersey legal community and is a three-time recipient of the Professional Lawyer of Year Award. She is also President-Elect of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association, and is a Past President of Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, the Morris County Bar Association, and the Morris County Bar Foundation. Manning will serve on the New Jersey Editorial Advisory Board.
Shifrin is a Principal in the Firm’s Insurance and Cannabis practice groups. He represents insurance carriers on all types of first-party property and coverage claims. As a litigator, he has resolved more than 1,000 lawsuits at the summary judgment and trial levels, as well as through mediation and informal negotiations. Shifrin has also been the prevailing party in arbitration proceedings and created favorable case law at the appellate level. Shifrin is on the board of directors for the Opa-Locka Community Development Corporation and serves as the Secretary and Treasurer for the Affordable Communities of Florida, Inc. He will serve on the Insurance Authority Property Editorial Board.
