Jennifer Harper

Jennifer Harper is an associate in the Firm’s Insurance group. Her practice focuses on insurance litigation and first party insurance defense. She is an alumna of Bressler’s summer associate program. 

Jennifer earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, she interned for the University of Miami School of Law Health Rights Clinic, representing health-impaired clients in immigration and disability-related matters. Through her participation in the clinic, Jennifer earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award®, given to the highest-scoring student in a class. She also served as Articles and Comments Editor for the University’s Race & Social Justice Law Review and as a Judicial Intern for Chief Judge Laurel Isicof, United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida.
