The dynamic and diverse Associates group strengthens the firm's talent bench in its core practice areas.

Florham Park, N.J. (October 24, 2023) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is excited to announce the addition of eight new associates across the firm's geographic footprint. The firm welcomes: 

Frank M. Barnes, III, an associate in the Dallas office and a Financial Institutions practice group member. He is an alumnus of Bressler’s summer associate program. Frank earned his J.D. from UNT Dallas College of Law in Texas.

Kathryn Capizzi, an associate in the Firm's General Litigation and Financial Institutions Group in New York. She is an alumnus of Bressler's summer associate program. Capizzi earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania.

Jennifer Harper, an associate in the Firm’s Florida Insurance group, focuses her practice on insurance defense and first-party property insurance defense. Located in Miami, she is an alumnus of Bressler’s summer associate program.  Jennifer earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.

Daniel Murray, an associate in the Firm's Business & Commercial Litigation group in Florham Park. He concentrates his practice on a full spectrum of business, complex commercial, and general litigation matters. He represents clients across all industries in partnership and shareholder disputes, malpractice actions, corporate divorce, breach of contract claims, construction disputes, and other business torts. Daniel received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana.

Anthony Peyton, an associate in the Firm's Florida Insurance Defense group. Located in Fort Lauderdale, he focuses his practice on litigation and represents insurance carriers in first-party property insurance defense matters. He also has extensive experience in defending personal injury protection claims. Peyton received his B.A. in International Affairs and J.D. in Law from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida.   

Luca Provenzano, an associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Litigation and Financial Institutions Litigation and Arbitration practice groups in Florham Park. Provenzano is involved in representing businesses and licensed professionals in the federal and state courts of New Jersey in a broad array of litigation matters. He is an alumnus of Bressler’s summer associate program. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the school’s Law Review.

Audrey Rizk, an associate in the Firm's Financial Institutions group in New York, focusing her practice on securities-related matters and the defense of broker-dealers and other financial services professionals. She is an alumnus of Bressler's summer associate program. Rizk simultaneously earned her J.D., magna cum laude, and M.S. in Food and Resources Economics from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. A Division 1 athlete in Women's Tennis, then Cross-Country, Rizk earned dual degrees summa cum laude – a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics and Econometrics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology – from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish.

Clay Wash, an Associate in the firm's Financial Institutions practice group in Birmingham. He is an alumnus of Bressler's summer associate program. Wash earned his J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
