Overview
Bruce Day is Of Counsel in the firm’s Financial Institutions practice group, where he focuses on securities litigation.
In his Securities practice, he has represented some of the nation’s largest securities firms both regionally and locally. He has experience counseling individual securities agents and investment advisors in SEC and FINRA issues, arbitration proceedings, and state and federal court proceedings. Prior to Bressler, Bruce worked within the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. He has also been appointed by multiple Governors and confirmed by the Senate to serve on state commissions and agency boards, including his role as the Administrator of the Oklahoma Department of Securities.
Bruce is actively involved in civic activities, serving on the board for several organizations that support the Oklahoma community. He earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
