Connor P. Richter

Connor is an Associate in the firm's Corporate and Commercial Transactions practice group. Prior to joining Bressler, Connor gained experience filing trademark applications, assisting clients with daily corporate governance activities, drafting securities offering documentation, and revising governing documents for various legal entities.

Connor earned his J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he was part of the Christian Legal Society and a Student Member of the Dallas Bar Association. He earned his B.B.A in Marketing from Baylor University. While at Baylor, he participated in the Baylor Business Spring Ethics Case Competition, where he was a finalist.
