Florham Park, NJ (Sept. 29, 2025) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Rebecca Kinburn and Connor Richter in New Jersey and Texas. Rebecca joins as of counsel in the Florham Park office and Connor joins as an associate in the Austin office. Their arrival adds depth to the firm’s Financial Institutions and Corporate and Commercial Transaction practice groups and aligns with the firm’s expansion efforts in the Southwest and across the country.
Rebecca Kinburn joins the Financial Institutions practice group as Counsel, focusing her practice on representing Financial Services firms and associated persons in court, arbitration and regulatory proceedings. Prior to joining Bressler, she worked as Counsel for FINRA’s Department of Enforcement, where she investigated and resolved enforcement matters. She also spent more than a decade in private practice handling complex business litigation, including bankruptcy, securities class action, and general commercial litigation. She earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, her undergraduate degree from Barnard College at Columbia University, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
Connor P. Richter joins the Corporate and Commercial Transactions practice group. Prior to joining Bressler, Connor gained experience filing trademark applications, assisting clients with daily corporate governance activities, drafting securities offering documentation such as Private Placement Memoranda, and revising governing documents for entities. He earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Baylor University.
