Overview
Lia Rosado is an Associate in the firm’s Financial Institutions Practice Group. She is an alumna of the 2024 Bressler summer associate program.
While in law school, she was a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida. In this role, she provided legal support through researching case law and regulations, observed court proceedings, and analyzed case documents and evidence. Lia also interned for the Honorable Beth Bloom in the United Stated District Court for the Southern District of Florida. During her internship, she drafted orders and assisted with the Judicial Intern Academy program.
Lia earned her J.D., from The University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Lia was an Articles & Comments Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. She was also a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, where she served as Vice President of Gaubatz and organized the 2024 John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition. She was also a member of the Yvette Ostolaza Mock Trial Team. Before attending law school, Lia earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from the Florida University, Honors College.
