Randi Siegel Weniger

Randi Siegel Weniger concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, probate and estate administration, trust administration, individual and family philanthropy and charitable planning, special needs and disability planning, and business success planning. 

Before joining Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., Randi was a partner at Siegel & Bergman, LLC, a boutique Trusts & Estates firm in Morristown, NJ. Randi was featured on the New Jersey Rising Stars list in Super Lawyers Magazine and New Jersey Monthly for several years, and Siegel & Bergman, LLC was named a “top tier law firm” by US News and World Report for many years as well.

Randi is a past president and current board member of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey. She is a member of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Lakeland Bank/Provident Bank Advisory Board Council. Randi also lectures for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and other organizations about a variety of estate planning and administration topics.

Randi serves as a member of the Board of Trustees, Philanthropy Committee and Early Childhood Committee of the Jewish Community Center of Central New Jersey in Scotch Plains, and is President of the Board of Trustees of the Gingham Giraffe Preschool in Chatham.

Randi received her undergraduate degree from Brown University, with a focus in Ethics and Political Philosophy. She studied abroad during her junior year at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. She then received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she met her husband, Tim.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Randi loves spending time with her husband, children and dog, especially at the beach, cheering for the NY Mets and the NY Giants, and attending as many theatrical events with her mom as time permits.

Get to Know Randi

Randi lives in her hometown of Westfield, NJ with her husband, three young children, and fur-child (dog). She loves spending time with her friends and family, the beach, singing, and going to the theater, especially with her theater-junkie mom, Anita J. Siegel, Esq. Randi is proud to follow in her mother’s professional and theater-loving footsteps, and to work in the office next door to her since 2011.
