Overview

William Darling is an associate in the firm’s Financial Institutions practice group.

Prior to joining Bressler, William was an Assistant District Attorney with the New York County District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor William was recognized for his personalized approach to working with victims and witnesses on a wide array of felony cases ranging from violent crimes, drug trafficking, and white-collar financial matters. William became a seasoned investigator having participated in numerous pre-arrest investigations and handling all his cases through sentencing and trial, if necessary. Prior to that, William clerked with the Honorable Robert A. Ballard, Jr., Chancery Division, Somerset County.

William received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2018, where he was the Managing Development Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Seton Hall University, Stillman School of Business in 2015.
