Rachael M. Segal, along with five others, authored a piece about the New Jersey Law Revision Commission’s continuous review of NJ statutes and judicial decisions as well as its efforts to submit for the Legislature reports designed to remedy defects, reconcile conflicting provisions of the law, clarify confusing language, and excise redundancies in NJ's CCJ to support the Legislature on its efforts to improve NJ's law.
