Bressler’s Fred Schoenbrodt, chair of the firm’s Private Client practice, wrote the International Private Client Committee chapter of the 2018 edition of The Year in Review, summarizing the legal developments of greatest significance to the estate and tax planning of global families and other clients with international and cross-border interests.
The Year in Review is an annual survey of the law published by the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law and is the most widely distributed U.S. international law survey in the world. Nearly forty committees of the ABA’s Section of International Law prepare chapters that “capture the germane legal developments, key pieces of legislation, and landmark decisions that help to shape legal tapestry of their respective countries and areas of interest.”
