Florham Park, NJ (November 20, 2025) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C is proud to announce the launch of the Bressler Center for Excellence (BCE), a university-style professional development initiative designed to provide comprehensive training for attorneys at every stage of their careers.
The BCE curriculum brings together two cornerstone programs: the McMenamy Trial Program and the Business of Law Program, combining trial litigation training with the business and leadership skills essential for success in today’s legal environment.

The McMenamy Trial Program, named in honor of the distinguished former Principal Mark McMenamy, offers a year-long, hands-on litigation lab where attorneys can learn and refine essential advocacy skills through interactive workshops and simulated exercises. Participants engage in role playing of depositions, motions, negotiations, and trial practices, reinforcing a “learn by doing” philosophy that is central to the firm’s training approach.
Running parallel to the litigation series, the Business of Law Program focuses on legal marketing, client relations, and business development. This track emphasizes that long-term, deep client relationships are the foundation of Bressler and reflect the firm’s core values. The program equips attorneys with the skills to cultivate trust-based relationships, leverage firm resources, and strategically grow their practices. Various firm leaders and principals actively participate in the training sessions, sharing insights on how they have developed and maintained their practices and client relationships over time.
The firm also has revitalized its Ross Mentoring Program, named in honor of Larry Ross, a late founder and a cherished colleague who was a strong advocate for mentorship. This program, along with the two professional development tracks offered by the BCE, reflects the firm’s long-standing belief that building relationships and providing tailored, structured mentoring are essential for the growth and development of its attorneys.
