Florham Park, NJ (May 14, 2025) – Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicki Rionda, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, as the firm's Director of Human Resources. The firm is also excited to welcome Christopher Keogh, who has joined as a Securities Litigation Associate in its Financial Institution Practice Group.
Rionda, who is based in the New Jersey office, will oversee all human resource functions within the firm. Her SPHR certification highlights her expertise in HR administration and policy, while her SHRM-SCP certification emphasizes her capacity to provide strategic leadership and direction for the firm's HR initiatives. With over 25 years of extensive experience in human resources, she has collaborated with small to mid-sized organizations across the nation. In her most recent role, she concentrated on team development and strategies for mid-market clients, positively impacting thousands of employees. Rionda will utilize her extensive background to align employee capabilities with the firm’s objectives. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brenau University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Keogh has over 10 years of experience in securities litigation and is based in the New York office. He has represented broker-dealer clients in various types of FINRA arbitrations and complex business litigation. Keogh received his Bachelor of Science degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he also serves as an adjunct professor of Trial Advocacy.
