FORT LAUDERDALE (October 2021) — William L. “Bill” Tucker joins Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C.’s Fort Lauderdale office as Counsel within the firm’s Private Client and Trust and Estate Litigation practice groups.

Tucker will focus his practice on helping clients navigate the complexities of probate and fiduciary litigation, with a focus on litigation that arises from estates, trusts and contested guardianships, as well as complex commercial litigation. In addition, his experience includes representing clients in courts across the country in matters relating to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Federal Trade Commission proceedings, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

Schoenbrodt, II, who leads Bressler’s Private Client practice. “His extensive experience within the financial sector and history of successfully litigating contested probate and trust matters will prove especially valuable in ensuring clients’ goals for their families’ future are realized.”

Before joining Bressler, Tucker practiced law at a national law firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Prior to that, he was a portfolio manager with State Street Corporation. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association. He received his bachelor’s degree in business management and financial economics, with honors, from Norwich University in 2004 and his J.D., cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 2011.
