Overview

Christina M. Zarcone is an associate in the firm’s Professional Liability, Insurance Litigation and Business & Commercial Litigation practice groups. Her practice concentrates on representation in the areas of professional liability, personal injury, insurance coverage and the representation of state insurance guaranty associations. Christina has defended clients on a variety of claims, from professional malpractice and contract disputes to personal injury involving transportation companies. These matters range from complex multi-million dollar commercial litigations to matters warranting early resolution. Christina has experience in all aspects of litigation including pretrial discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution and trial.

Before attending law school, Christina worked as a high school history teacher and served as the Executive Vice-President and Chief Negotiator for the Parsippany-Troy Hills Education Association.

Christina is an alumna of the 2021 Bressler Summer Associate program. She earned her J.D. from Seton Hall Law in 2022, where she was a member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Board and a contributor to the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. Christina received her B.A. in History, magna cum laude, from Villanova University in 2007.
