Daniel P. Murray

Daniel Murray is an associate in the Firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation group where he concentrates his practice representing corporations and individuals on a full spectrum of business, complex commercial, employment, insurance coverage, and general litigation matters. Clients across all industries rely on Daniel’s expertise in the areas of partnership and shareholder disputes, corporate divorce, breach of contract claims, employment actions, insurance coverage disputes, and other business torts to obtain successful outcomes in a timely and efficient manner.

Before joining Bressler, Daniel was an associate in a civil litigation firm where he handled various matters in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. Upon graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. James X. Sattely, J.S.C., Criminal Division, Bergen County, Superior Court of New Jersey.

Before entering the legal field, Daniel had a business operations and finance career at a high-growth startup company. This background and experience enable Daniel to offer his clients a unique, creative perspective by combining legal expertise with practical business judgment.

Daniel received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. While in law school, Daniel was elected to serve as a class Senator in the Student Bar Association and interned at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General and at a law firm assisting in corporate and litigation matters.
