Overview
Madeline Humphrey is an Associate in the firm’s Environmental Practice Group. She is an alumna of the 2023 and 2024 Bressler summer associate programs. Madeline also worked with the firm’s Environmental group in her last semester at Seton Hall University School of Law, researching legal issues and drafting memoranda.
While in law school, Madeline worked as a legal intern for the New Jersey Bureau of Securities, where she drafted, reviewed, and analyzed documents for lead investigators. She also interned at BASF with their in-house counsel team. In this role, she researched legal issues related to employment, compliance, product liability, and privacy law, and presented findings directly to general counsel.
Madeline earned her J.D. with a concentration in Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law. While at Seton Hall, she was Vice-President and Treasurer of the Irish American Law Students Association, a student worker for the Office of Admissions, and placed in the top 16 for the 2024 Eugene Gressman Appellate Moot Court Competition. Before attending law school, Madeline earned her B.A. in English and a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. At Boston University, Madeline was a writer and editor for BU Pre-Law Review and The Daily Free Press.
