A Principal of the firm since 1988, Mark McMenamy is a highly experienced civil trial lawyer who focuses in personal injury litigation.  He has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a prestigious recognition that has been obtained by fewer than 2% of the attorneys who practice in New Jersey. His practice involves injuries, or deaths, that have been sustained in a variety of manners, whether by way of automobile accident, slip and fall, premises liability, construction site accidents, medical negligence, occupational exposure, product defect or other workplace or on-the-job injury.  He has an excellent command of medicine and enjoys cross-examining his opponents and their witnesses at depositions and in the court room, where he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients over a career that has spanned decades.

During law school, Mark served as an Editor of the Rutgers Law Review.  Upon graduating from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Herman D. Michels, former Presiding Judge of the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.  Through his appellate clerkship and his years in private practice, Mark has acquired excellent appellate skills and has successfully argued many appeals.
