Overview
Rebecca Kinburn is Counsel in the firm’s Financial Institutions practice group. With over fifteen years of experience, she focuses her practice on representing Financial Services firms and associated persons in court, arbitration and regulatory proceedings. Rebecca also has experience handling complex business litigation, including bankruptcy, securities class action, and general commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Bressler, Rebecca worked as Counsel for FINRA’s Department of Enforcement, where she investigated and resolved enforcement matters. She also spent over a decade in private practice, concentrating in general business and financial institution related litigation.
Rebecca is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Barnard College, Columbia University.
