Donnie Winningham, a counsel at Bressler, maintains an active litigation practice and handles matters relating to contractual disputes, products liability and mass torts, toxic torts, business torts, and life insurance litigation. Donnie also concentrates on the defense of brokerage firms and other financial institutions against claims asserted by customers as well as representing for-profit educational institutions in various matters. Donnie has litigated in a number of forums, including the state and federal courts of a number of states as well as in FINRA and AAA arbitration.

Donnie earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2006, where he was a staffwriter for Washington and Lee Law Review. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2003.
