Overview

Luca Provenzano is an associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Litigation and Financial Institutions Litigation and Arbitration practice groups. Luca is involved in representing businesses and licensed professionals in the federal and state courts of New Jersey in a broad array of litigation matters. He is also an alumnus of Bressler’s Summer Associate program. 

Luca earned his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the school’s Law Review. His work there earned him a Distinguished Service Award for Outstanding Contribution, and the Law Review published his Comment in Volume 53, Book 2.  In 2022, Luca won the Appellate Advocacy Award for Best Oral Advocate and was a Quarterfinalist in the school’s Eugene A. Gressman Moot Court Competition. In 2023, Luca was a Student Attorney in the Family Law Clinic at the school’s Center for Social Justice, where he represented pro bono clients in adoption and visitation matters.

Luca is a professionally trained musician who specializes in the saxophone, among other instruments. In his free time, he enjoys golf, pickleball, soccer, watching sports, and performing his music.
